If your purchase does not require texting or customization, it will be available for instant download unless paid by check or money order.
Orders paid via PayPal (and credit card via PayPal) are available for immediate download after completed payment. ECheck Payments are delayed until PayPal ECheck clears.
Orders paid via Check or Money Order are available after payment is received and has cleared. Please note, Personal Checks require at least ten (10) days to clear, so USPS money orders are recommended. We only
accept USPS money orders.
Please be certain that admin@sweetpeagraphics.com is added to your Mail Acceptance List in order to be certain you receive important order emails.
If you do not hear from us after an order is placed or contact is made with us, then you need to check your junk mail folder.
PLEASE AVOID USING emails with Yahoo. They are very unreliable and many emails experience Long Term Delays.
To retrieve orders after the initial download, simply visit our site and log in to your account to retrieve your downloads.
Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS on graphics purchases. If there is a problem with your download file, you may of course contact us
and we will resolve any file issues immediately. However, we will replace with same files only.
Downloads expire after so many days and so many downloads, so be sure to download your files promptly.
